Full-length Paper Types Explained:
Refereed Papers (RP)

Before the conference, Refereed Papers (RP) will go through a double-blind peer review process. They will then be evaluated for publication in the conference partner journals' regular and special issues, as well as other publication options. Following the meeting, the decision regarding acceptance in the aforementioned periodicals will be made public.

Authors must deliver their article orally in order for it to be considered for publication. When the whole manuscript is accepted for presentation, presentation guidelines will be given out.

Other attendees, especially journal editors, may provide authors with more comments and suggestions on how to make their work better during the conference. The final draft of the article must be turned in by the authors between eight to twelve weeks of the conference. By the end of February 2026, a selection panel consisting of members of the program committee and additional outside reviewers will have decided on the papers and suggested publication choices.

The review results and the status of their papers—accepted, accepted with minor adjustments, accepted with major revisions, or rejected—will be communicated to the authors of the refereed papers. Following that, the authors have the option to either remove the manuscript from the publication process or continue with the process for publication in the designated journal or publication.
